CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Slow FlowYoga - This 75-minute class is designed to help you unwind and relax your body with gentle sitting stretches and poses. We breathe, release, reflect and prepare for the week ahead with intention setting, breath work, self-reiki and a yoga Nidra meditation.

During this practice, we reduce stress and tension in the mind while activating the body's parasympathetic nervous system, which helps to move you out of the flight-flight-freeze reaction to daily stress. Our intention is to cultivate joy, peace, balance and abundance so that you can feel good in all aspects of your life!

Yin Yoga - This 75-minute practice is designed to help calm your mind, release tension, improve flexibility, reduce stress, and improve sleep with the following modalities: Yin Yoga Poses & Breathwork

By holding poses for extended periods, yin yoga can increase your range of motion and flexibility by helping to provide fascia tissue release. Yin yoga may also help improve your mobility, joint and ligament flexibility.

Restorative Yoga - This 75-minute practice consists of gentle movements and deep breathing to promote blood flow, improving circulation and overall physical well-being. By supporting the spine and releasing tight muscles, restorative yoga can help improve posture. The practice of restorative yoga encourages deep relaxation and quiets the nervous system, reducing stress and anxiety.

Sound Bath Experience - Are you ready to open your heart to love, balance, abundance and new possibilities? During this 75-minute practice, you will enjoy an immersive wave of soothing sound produced by singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks. As you lie down comfortably on your mat, this calming soundscape will create vibrations that relax and envelop your entire body, helping you release stress and anxiety. Enjoy a beautiful closing reiki meditation designed to seal your positive intentions and elevate your personal vibration to higher heights.

Outdoor Meditation - Experience the transformative benefits of an outdoor meditation practice. Enjoy the fresh air, natural light and the gentle warmth of the sun on your skin. Our 75-minute guided meditation will help you feel more grounded and connected to your natural surroundings and the world around you.
